We work inside your cloud accounts so data never leaves your perimeter, and we sign NDAs before the first working session. For sensitive workloads, our dedicated security tier adds stricter isolation and background-checked, senior-only staffing.

Your data runs in your cloud accounts and is sent only to the AI provider powering your pipeline — never used to train models, and covered by a DPA. We don't train on client data, period. For AI work we build on established LLM APIs with retrieval over your own documents — no exotic dependencies you'll regret inheriting.

Fixed-scope work has defined acceptance criteria — if we don't meet them, we don't get signed off. Retainers run month to month after an initial 90-day commitment. And because everything is built in your repos and accounts with full documentation, you're never locked in or left with a black box.

The free audit has no minimum. Paid pilots typically start around 4–6 weeks of focused work — enough to ship something real, not a demo. If your need is smaller than that, the audit findings alone usually give your team enough to act on.

For clients handling sensitive data: a separate engagement track with vetted staff only, stricter access isolation, and custom compliance requirements baked into the delivery plan.
